Happy New Year everyone! I’ve been enjoying lazy time celebrating with family and friends, but I did find a few things around the internets these past couple of weeks that I thought were worth sharing:

  • A simple, but beautiful new year prayer.
  • Catholics celebrate Mary’s feast day today. Appropriately, then, this made me think of Mary in a new light.
  • A lovely reflection on Christmas in Bethlehem (Kentucky).
  • Burnside’s end of the year/decade lists are the only ones worth reading if you ask me, but here are the top 10 religion stories of 2009 according to religion journalists.
  • As we start a new year, this art project profiled in the New York Times is worth a look.
