Across the Universe – March 12, 2010

This was a fun week around the interwebs, what with Glenn Beck spicing things up, continued health care debates, and March Madness looming. Here are a few things I enjoyed:

• Bookmark Jeremy Cowart’s Voices of Haiti website for some amazing photographs from his recent trip.
• Short, sweet and to-the-point, but the questions this writer raises really hit home for me, a self-proclaimed treehugger and garden lover.
• As far as I’m concerned, March Madness starts this weekend (all those conference tournaments!), and I’m looking extra forward to this year’s Big Dance. My husband played for the Wofford Terriers, who won their first ever bid to the tournament this year. If you have some extra cheering energy to go around, they could use it!
• I would rather not give Glenn Beck any further attention, but for some strange reason millions of Americans listen to his radio program, watch him on Fox News and buy his books. So for that reason, I’ll pass along this link in hopes of at least a few of those millions coming to their senses.
